Return Policy

FRANKLIN OFFROAD RETURN POLICY

We understand that from time to time you may need to return an item to us for exchange, refund or store credit. Below is our returns policy / procedure. We hope we can make this process as painless as possible. We reserve the right to charge a handling and restocking fee.

  • Returned parts must be in clean, unused, original condition, and returned to us in the manufacturer's original packaging.
  • We will not accept returns for refund after 30 days, only store credits will be issued for parts returned after 30 days.
  • There are absolutely no returns on Electrical or Special Order parts.

To submit a return or warranty request, please log into your account, click the "Orders" tab in the menu and select the order that you'd like to make a return on. Our Shipping & Receiving department does not accept packages without return authorization number. Please include a copy of your invoice with the returned package. Make sure you insure the package and ship it to the warehouse location included in your return authorization email.

Refunds


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.  Once approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.  If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at returns@franklinoffroad.com
